How long does delivery of aquarium products take?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Courier delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on location. For in-stock products, orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Note: we currently ship within Romania only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, online card payment and bank transfer. All online transactions are processed securely, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Are the products genuine and guaranteed?
Yes, all products in our shop are genuine, sourced through official channels, and come with the manufacturer's warranty. We work with authorized distributors for brands like Eheim, JBL, Fluval, Oase, Tetra and others.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Under current legislation you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you ship live discus through the shop?
Live discus are listed by verified breeders in the "Discus" tab and are not shipped by standard courier. The purchase is made directly from the breeder, who arranges adapted transport or in-person handover to keep the fish safe.
How do I choose the right equipment for my discus tank?
Tank size is the main factor. For a 200L discus aquarium, we recommend an external filter with 800-1200 L/h flow, a 200-300W heater and suitable LED lighting. Check our guides or contact us for personalized recommendations.
