A complex hybrid created by crossing Pigeon Blood with Snakeskin. It combines the dominant PB gene with the fine line pattern of Snakeskin. Popular in Asia and Europe.
Appearance
Orange-yellow body with a pattern of fine lines overlaid on the background. The fine stripes cover the body and gill plates. Black peppering on the snout. No major vertical bars. Red eyes.
🧬 Genetic background
Pigeon Blood × Snakeskin. Inherits the dominant PB gene (no stress bars, pepper) combined with the fine striping pattern of Snakeskin. Results in a discus with an orange-yellow background and wavy fine striations.

Care is similar to Pigeon Blood. Sensitive to water quality.
Breeding
Moderately difficult. The pattern stabilizes in the F2+ generations.
